We assist businesses in identifying, preparing for, and applying to suitable UAE banks and financial institutions for products such as business bank accounts, business loans, trade finance, mortgages, and business cards. We are not a bank, and we do not lend money, hold client funds, or make final credit or account-opening decisions — those decisions rest solely with the relevant bank or lender.

3. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this website by any third party. You must not misuse this website by knowingly introducing viruses or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems.

Submitting an enquiry through our website or contacting us directly does not by itself create a client engagement or contractual relationship. A formal engagement begins only once both parties have agreed on the scope of services, typically following an initial consultation. While we work to match your business with suitable banks and lenders and to prepare your application to the best of our ability, we cannot and do not guarantee that any bank account, loan, guarantee, or other financial product will be approved. Approval decisions, terms, pricing, and timelines are determined solely by the relevant bank or financial institution, based on their own criteria.

6. Fees

Any fees payable for our consultancy or brokerage services will be discussed and agreed with you directly before we begin work on your behalf. We do not charge undisclosed markups on top of bank fees. Fees charged directly by banks or lenders (such as processing or account fees) are separate from, and are not controlled by, Fintrust.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documentation when engaging our services. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information or documents provided to us or to a bank or lender.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Fintrust Consultancy FZE LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
